The Balo's Group production line, includes board cutting prfile,CNC edge banding,CNC drill hole profile. Each of our product under goes a vigorous quality control testing process during production which follows right through to the final stages to products assembling. Any faults found during quality control, it rectified immediately prior to distribution.

1 How can we know that your lacquer have the material of yellow resistance?
We use the import yellow resistance materials, and it will keep more than 2 years of yellow resistance.

2 What is the different of lacquer finish between you and other supplier?
We have a professional water and gas system to manufacture the lacquer door panel. 

The lacquer door panel made of 5 tiers, 4 tiers of base painting, and 1 tier of surface painting with polishing.

3 What's the difference between plywood and water proof particle board?

Plywood is more moisture proof than water proof particle board. While the price is little expensive. If you need it for middle to high end quality project, plywood is suggested. If you need it for econimical project,water proof particle board is suggested.

4 Is this carcass material waterproof?
Yes, firstly, the edge banding we made is firm enough, so it is wate rresistant. Sendly, we add moisture proof materials
in it.

5 What is your Payment Term?
50% deposit before production, balance payed before shipment.
Payment terms: T/T, Alibaba trade assurance, currency, credit card (deopist only), RMB bank transfer.

6 What's the material of counter top?
it'optional.And we have man-made stone/Quartz stone/Laminate/Marble for choices.

7 Do you provide the free sample?
We can provide the sample for you. While our factory usually charge the sample fee of 100 USD at first, and we will refund it for you after you place the order. Actually it is free.
 

8 Can you provide 3D design ?
We can provide the 3D design for you. While we usually charge the 3D design fee of 300 USD at first, and we will refund it for you after you place the order. Actually it is free. I believe you should pay more if you get it from your local place. And we should respect the working of our designer. Pls see the 3D we done for other customers. They do in this way as well.

9 Do you have your own designer?
Yes, we have and we will help you do the 2D/3D design, we can give you professional storage solution.
 

10 I only have the length of my kitchen, can you design for me?
Sure, we have professional design team to help you.
Can you also give me the pictures of your house for our reference of color and style?

 

11 Can you supply appliances for me?
Yes,we can supply appliances for you.If you buy by yourself,pls kindly tell us the cut out sizes.

12 Do you have installation instructions?
Our drawing is the installation instructions it is clear for your installation. We can also send you the installation video as well.

13 Is the material harmful to health?
1. We use without methanal material with environmental friendly raw material.
2. We have ANSI TEST report fyi.
